I met shayne allen in the surf in 1987 at whale beach and have been working together since around 2001. we were working on a vogue shoot and it was obvious how good of an eye he had.
he Knew everyone. so i started off getting him to find me houses for my shoots. i would give him a brief, each time and he kept Surprising me as the briefs got more Involved, in the end he Would cast talent, find the house, Source props and pulled a lot of my shoots together over the years. he then would come and build these amazing sets and backdrops and we would just shoot around them all day.
