Bangalow Creek Cottage
Bangalow Creek Cottage is a one hundred year old original Queenslander in the heart of Bangalow village, recently renovated and maintaining all the old doors and windows and floorboards that first breathed it into life.
The main house has two bedrooms, both with verandah/sunrooms converted to en-suites.
The Bedlinen is all Australian made French flax linen, and the duvets and pillows are all sustainably sourced EcoDownUnder feather filled - not live plucked!
The main living area is open plan with a timber kitchen with Fisher & Paykel high end appliances.
The range is their new 6 burner free standing gas top electric oven in white and totally yummy. Great for foodies, heat range is great.
The fridges are the pull drawer fridges and can be set as fridge or freezer.
The armchairs are sustainable Maker & Son, made as ‘the most comfortable chairs in the world’.
This is a simple little cottage, designed as a white white space with an injection of colour.
The main area is white, the sunrooms/ensures are drenched head to foot in soft washed out colour.
AT THIS STAGE THE HOUSE IS FINISHED BUT THE LAND IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, as yet raw
Parking is easy, no parking restrictions on the road and space to pull in behind house.
The sun hits the back of the house first and moves round the the front in the afternoon.
We are 50 paces from coffee shops and restaurants so catering can be worked out on the day.
The park is adjacent to the house, the creek 100m away
